Shipping and Return Policies
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are a flat fee of $4.95, regardless of how many decks you order.
How long does my package take to arrive at its destination?
We process most orders within one business day. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excepting legal holidays. Within the United States, please allow 1-5 days AFTER the initial one business day for the item to arrive at your specified delivery address.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Rest assured, our cards are poker sized and casino quality and are suitable for all card games.
Damaged Goods Policy
We stand behind our product. If your deck has been damaged during shipment or is defective, return the damaged deck to us along with a description of the defect and we'll promptly ship a replacement deck to you. Please include your contact information and order number when returning a defective product.

Hero Decks does not collect any personal information except for information knowingly provided to us. For example, we collect your name, company name, mailing address, email address, phone number to process and ship your order.

Method of Payment
All items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Hero Decks accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We also accept prepaid orders with personal checks and money orders drawn on a USA bank and payable in USD.
Sales Taxes
Hero Decks charges applicable sales tax to all items delivered to addresses with the State of Ohio. We are not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States.
Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Hero Decks reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item.
